IN-SEASON = Week before Memorial Day through Labor Day.

OFF-SEASON = Mid-March through week before Memorial Day and from first weekend after Labor Day through October.

 *Reservations require valid credit card authorization of entire reservation. Must be at least 23 years old to make a reservation.

*3 days cancellation notice required after Labor Day Weekend to 1 week before Memorial Day Weekend.
 
*7 days cancellation notice required week before Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day Weekend.

*Non-compliance of cancellation policy will result with charge for 1 night's stay plus a processing fee of 15% of entire reservation amount.

*Two-night minimum on all non-holiday weekends and 3 night minimum on holiday weekends.

*Rates are seasonal, subject to change, and based on double occupancy. Add $5 per night for each additional adult.  Rates are also higher on Holidays and Weekends.

ABSOLUTELY NO:

-Pets: Over 10lbs, no puppies, and not a barker.
  $20 fee, only 1 per room, and crated. Proof of up-to-date    vaccinations.

-Smoking! $150 fee charged and immediate eviction.

-Grills (Violation of fire code) Small propane grills allowed  at park at the swing bridge.  Charcoal grilling allowed at park on north end of island.
